Break Time

WARNING: waaaaaay too many pictures on this post.

We've been busy. My Mom and Grammie came to see me, giving me a much needed break. I've been spoiled. I love how my mom takes care of so much and cooks and my Grammie loves interacting with the kids and is not above playing with playdough with them. I have loved having them here!

Another reason they came is to let me have some girl time with some very good friends who I absolutely love like sisters. We hung out in Savannah (aka) party town during the St. Patricks Day festivities. This is a picture of us getting quite literally blown away on the top of the Tybee lighthouse. We also got to see beautiful and picturesque homes, tons of drunken party goers as well as green water coming out of the fountain and old men walking around looking like leprachauns.

Also...it's official! I am now a soccer mom and loving it. This are some pics I quickly snagged as we were trying to be on time to Jonas' first soccer practice.

getting bigger and the pond

Now that Savannah is walking more, she seems so much older to me. Here she is eating some chocolate banana bread at the park. She never eats bread unless she is outside or someone besides me gives it to her.

She also looks so much bigger in this next picture. My friend let me borrow her Moby wrap to try out on Savannah, (cause she knows Savannah can be a mommas girl). Savannah loved being in the wrap for a total of about 10 minutes. I still think these wraps are awsome and keep wondering why in the world I have never used one before.

It's also fun to see her want to do everything her brother does. Here she is watching him play computer games and at the same time plotting to get into the desk drawer and make a huge mess with everything inside as soon as I turn my head.

I took this picture of Jonas one morning right after he had woken up. He gets up and gets his clothes on first thing. He is so ready to start his day, then of course he comes to wake me up and ask for his beloved cereal. He usually gets his shirt on the right way but had a little trouble one morning.

The next pictures are us at a nearby pond. The weather was beautiful and we had the place to ourselves.
